If you did not know it, eating fish produces many good benefits. Yes, there are many people out there who are cautious of eating fish because of the fact that now day's fish has a lot of mercury in it. We need fish in our diet, so you should check which types of fish have the most mercury in them so you know to stay clear of that type of fish.

Fish contains Omega-3 fatty acids which actually are really good for one's body. These fatty acids actually help to prevent diseases and cancers from happening. Here are other benefits:
